Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained
  • coconut to line pan and for top

Directions

    Mix room temperature cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip and syrup with electric beater.

    Add remaining ingredients with a spatula. Pour into coconut lined pan 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Sprinkle top with coconut.

    Freeze 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

    Take from freezer an hour before serving but keep in refrigerator.

    Cut into squares. Makes 6 to 10 servings.
