Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained
- coconut to line pan and for top
Directions

1Mix room temperature cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip and syrup with electric beater.

2Add remaining ingredients with a spatula. Pour into coconut lined pan 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Sprinkle top with coconut.

4Freeze 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

5Take from freezer an hour before serving but keep in refrigerator.

6Cut into squares. Makes 6 to 10 servings.
