Name: Angel Delight
Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature; 3/4 c. powdered sugar; 1/4 c. maple syrup; 8 oz. Cool Whip; 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained; 1/2 c. chopped dates; 1/2 c. walnuts; 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained; coconut to line pan and for top

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. maple syrup
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained
coconut to line pan and for top

Directions

Mix room temperature cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip and syrup with electric beater.

Add remaining ingredients with a spatula. Pour into coconut lined pan 9 x 12-inch pan.

Sprinkle top with coconut.

Freeze 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

Take from freezer an hour before serving but keep in refrigerator.

Cut into squares. Makes 6 to 10 servings.
