  • 5 c. angel food cake, in bite size pieces
  • 2 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or peach jello
  • fresh peaches or strawberries, sliced

Directions

    Put bite size pieces of angel food cake into a 9 x 9-inch dish.

    In a separate bowl, combine pudding and milk.

    Add ice cream.

    Beat until well blended, then spoon over cake. Refrigerate.
