Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. fruit cocktail
  • 1 c. reserved juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts and/or coconut
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows

Directions

    Drain fruit and reserve juice.

    In large saucepan, mix cornstarch and water.

    Add egg and juice; blend well.

    Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.

    Cool thoroughly. Stir in Cool Whip, nuts, coconut, marshmallows and drained fruit and pineapple.

    Place in serving bowl; cover and chill overnight.
