- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. fruit cocktail
- 1 c. reserved juice from pineapple and fruit cocktail
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts and/or coconut
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
Directions

1Drain fruit and reserve juice.

2In large saucepan, mix cornstarch and water.

3Add egg and juice; blend well.

4Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.

5Cool thoroughly. Stir in Cool Whip, nuts, coconut, marshmallows and drained fruit and pineapple.

6Place in serving bowl; cover and chill overnight.
