  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 2 c. marshmallows
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Directions

    Drain fruit and set juice aside.

    Combine cornstarch, sugar, eggs and 1 cup reserved juice in a saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

    Cool to room temperature.

    Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows.

    Add drained fruit.

    Fold until well mixed.

    Chill in refrigerator overnight. Add bananas before serving.
