- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 25 Ritz crackers
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Directions

1Beat egg whites stiff.

2Add sugar and baking powder slowly to beaten eggs.

3Crush crackers and add to mixture with nuts and vanilla.

4Pour into well-greased or buttered pie pan and bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Cool thoroughly.

6Spread Cool Whip over pie and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

7Recipe can be doubled and baked in 9 x 13-inch pan.
