- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Fold in (don't beat) sugar, pecan pieces, cracker crumbs, baking powder and vanilla.

3Pour into buttered pie pan and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

4Cool completely.

5Cover top with whipped cream and let stand for 4 to 6 hours.

6Keep refrigerated.
