- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. canned milk
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1In mixing bowl, scald 1/2 cup milk with 1/2 cup boiling water.

2Add salt and oil to mixture.

3In cup, dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast.

4Let stand 5 minutes.

5When milk is cooled, add yeast mixture.

6Mix in flour to make soft dough.

7Let rise 20 minutes.

8Turn on floured board and knead 5 minutes.

9Make into rolls.

10Let rise until dough doubles.

11Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
