- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pt. whipped cream
- 1 lb. box vanilla wafers, crushed
Directions

1Combine butter, sugar and eggs in large mixer and beat until light and fluffy (8 to 10 minutes).

2Cover bottom of 10 x 15 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish with wafer crumbs; layer with custard mixture, then pineapple, then whipped cream.
