  • 1 (6 oz. total) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream (whipped stiff)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except the whipping cream.

    Mix well and put in freezer to thicken.

    Fold in whipping cream and refrigerate.
