Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple, crushed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 small jar cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Reserve some pineapple juice.

    Add all ingredients except pineapple.

    Cook and let thicken.

    Add pineapple (crushed), pecans, marshmallows and cherries.

    Then fold in Cool Whip.
