  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 20 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo or Hydrox), crushed
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • whipped cream for garnish

Directions

    In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff.

    Beat in salt, baking powder and sugar.

    Fold in crushed cookies and pecans.

    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven 35 to 40 minutes.
