  • 1 whole Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 6 pieces American Cheese
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil

Directions

    Dice and fry the onions with the garlic until onion is translucent.

    Add 6 eggs,;scramble until dry, but not burned. Add 4-6 pieces American cheese and melt. (You just want this slighty gooey, not runny.)

    Turn off heat.

    Coarsely chop enough basil to give color. Add basil and let wilt on the hot eggs.
