  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 10 whole pecans

Directions

    In a medium size bowl, beat eggs (with a fork for 1 minute). Add sugar; mix.

    Add Karo syrup.

    Add melted margarine; mix well. Add the chopped pecans; mix well.

    Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Top with whole pecans.

    Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.

    Turn up to 350° and bake until golden brown (about 20 to 30 minutes).
