- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Parsley
Directions

1Drain the tofu well.

2Put the tofu, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until smooth.

3Add the olive oil a little at a time to Step 2, mixing after each addition.

4Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and enjoy.
