  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 dash Parsley

    Drain the tofu well.

    Put the tofu, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until smooth.

    Add the olive oil a little at a time to Step 2, mixing after each addition.

    Finally, add the finely chopped parsley and enjoy.
