- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 slices cooked crumbled bacon
- 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shrimp or crab meat
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. Mexican Velveeta
Directions

1Cook potatoes and onion with bay leaf and garlic in chicken broth.

2Mash potatoes in broth as it cooks.

3Add other ingredients with cheese and milk last.
