  • 2 cans clear chicken broth
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shrimp or crab meat
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c. Mexican Velveeta

Directions

    Cook potatoes and onion with bay leaf and garlic in chicken broth.

    Mash potatoes in broth as it cooks.

    Add other ingredients with cheese and milk last.

    (Do not boil milk.)
