  • 1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

    Soften cream cheese in microwave; add to Jell-O.

    Whisk to break up and melt cream cheese completely.

    Add cold water.

    Put into refrigerator until almost set.

    Add pineapple and nuts.

    Chill until ready to serve.
