Ingredients

  • 14 cup blue curacao
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

    In a blender, mix liqueur, sugar, lemon juice and 1 cup ice.Blend until well mixed.

    With blender running, add the rest of the ice, 1/2 cup at a time, until it is all well incorporated.

    Transfer to a freezer container and freeze 4 hours or overnight.

    To serve, let stand 20 minutes at room tmemperature.

    Return to blender and blend until it has a smooth consistency.

    Serve into small goblets and serve immediately.

    Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
