   Bring mixture to a boil and then strain.

   Pour into a spray bottle and apply to plants.

   This is not a residual acting formula so you may have to spray often and watch your garden carefully.

   If bugs not discouraged (what a nice way to say it), make next batch stronger.

   The stronger the more effective.
