  • 4 to 5 lb. beef roast
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Moisten meat surface.

    Combine the rest of the ingredients and rub on the roast.

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Place meat on rack and roast to 140° for rare, 160° for medium on meat thermometer.

    Time will vary with weight of roast.

    Do not cook to well done.
