Antioxident Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 2 12 cups oats (not instant oatmeal)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flax, I use a mix)
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 250 F and use a non-stick cooking spray to prepare an 9x13 or 8x10 pan.

2I prefer the 8x10 since it makes thicker bars, but use what you've got.

3Make sure to get the sides, too.

4Heat the milk on the stove till warm.

5Combine the oats, seeds, nuts, fruit and coconut in a large bowl.

6Pour the milk over the oat mixture and use a spatula to mix it all together.

7It will be pretty thick.

8Press the mixture into the pan and bake for 1 hour.

9Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes Slice into bars.

10I like to let the bars cool on wax paper.

11Make sure they are totally cooled before storing.
