- 125 grams chopped butter
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut
Directions

1combine butter and gooden syrup in a medium pot, stir untill butter is melted.

2stir in and combine soda and water then remaning ingredients, mix well.

3drop rounded teaspoons of mixture about 4cm apart on a greased biscuit tray and flatten slightly.

4bake at 170 for about 20 mins or untill lightly browned.

5allow to cool on trays.

6then serve.
