- 23 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 23 cup corn chips, finely crushed
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) jar taco sauce, divided
- 2 lbs chicken, drum-sticks skinned
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Combine breadcrumbs, crushed corn chips, and dry taco seasoning mix.

3Place 1/2 cup taco sauce in flat bowl.

4Dip drum sticks in taco sauce, one at a time, then dredge in crumb mixture.

5Discard taco sauce used for dipping.

6Place on lightly-greased baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.

7Serve with remaining taco sauce.
