Appetizer Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground lean beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely cut
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk (thin milk won't do)

Directions

    Shape beef mixture into about 3 dozen tiny meatballs, using about a teaspoonful of mixture for each one.

    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400° or until brown.

    It is not necessary to turn meatballs as they bake.

    Insert a toothpick into each.

    Serve with hot barbecue sauce.
