Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint or 1 tsp. dried
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
- 1 egg
- flour as needed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 c. ouzo or dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except flour and oil,

2in large bowl. Using about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each meatball, shape into balls.

3Roll each meatball lightly in flour to coat.

4Place in single layer on a baking sheet.

5Refrigerate 1 hour or up to 2 days.
