  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, finely cut
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Blend cream cheese and milk.

    Stir in dried beef, onion, green pepper and pepper.

    Mix well; add sour cream.

    Spoon into an 8-inch pie plate or shallow baking pan.

    Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve hot as spread on crackers.
