  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (398 ml) can tomato sauce
  • 398 ml water
  • 12 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • sour cream

Directions

    Brown beef with onions.

    Add garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water.

    Bring to a boil and stir in rice.

    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Place half the cabbage in a greased baking dish; cover with half the rice mixture.

    Repeat layers.

    Cover and bake in 350F oven for 1 hour.

    Serve with sour cream.
