  • 1 pkg. ready to use pie crust
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 jar real bacon pieces
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cut pie crust into approximately 3-inch round circles.

    Press into bottom and partially up sides of muffin pans.

    Combine beaten eggs and milk; whisk until completely blended.

    Add onion, bacon, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper.

    Spoon mixture into muffin tins, 1/2 to 3/4 full; bake at 350° until set.

    Serve warm.
