Ingredients
- 10 pieces Gyoza skins
- 1 dash Salt and grated cheese
- 1 Vegetable oil (or olive oil)
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese (soft type)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 dash Soup stock granules
Directions

1Roll up the gyoza skins.

2Wet the edge and secure the rolls.

3Put a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and put in the rolled gyoza skins.

4When one side is crispy turn it over, and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

5Put on paper towels to drain the oil away.

6Sprinkle with salt and grated cheese while piping hot.

7Finely chop the bacon, and microwave until crispy (about 1 minute).

8Mix all the dip ingredients together in a small bowl.

9Put plenty of dip on the sticks and enjoy!

10Edit: I tried frying the sticks in olive oil.

11They browned very nicely and tasted delicious!
