- 1 (18 oz.) Kraft barbecue sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. torn fresh bread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- oil
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. cocktail franks or 1/2 lb. hot dogs, sliced
- 1 c. green pepper chunks
- 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, undrained
Directions

1Combine 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, meat, bread, egg, onion and salt.

2Mix lightly.

3Shape into 30 (1-inch) balls.

4Brown in oil.

5Add remaining barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, frankfurters, green pepper and water chestnuts.

6Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly heated.

7Serve hot.
