- 2 Rome apples
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut squash in half lengthwise and scape out seed.

3Place cut side down in baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

4Mix remaining ingredients.

5Turn squash cut side up and fill with apple mixture.

6Continue baking for 20 minutes or until squash is tender.
