  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix cake mix with margarine.

    Press on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    While still warm, spread on pie filling.

    Mix sour cream with egg and drizzle over apples. Bake 20 minutes more.

    Let cool about 15 minutes, then cut into bars.
