  • 200 ml cold water
  • 1 avocado
  • 85 grams tempura flour (that's 8-9tbsp flour + 1tbsp cornstarch + 1/2 tsp salt)
  • 1 oil to fry avocado

    cut avocado into have then slice in half

    mix tempura flour with cold water till smooth
  3. 3
    drip avocado into tempura batter then fry for 10 second both side in medium heated oil and drain
