  • 1 (48 oz.) jar Randal mixed beans
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Melt butter.

    Add cubed apples and cook until tender.

    Add brown and white sugar.

    Stir until melted.

    Stir in cinnamon, catsup and molasses.

    Add beans and mix well.

    Pour mixture into 2-quart casserole.

    Bake in 400° oven for about 1 hour.
