  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. brandy
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sliced fresh apples

Directions

    Combine mixture, then add vanilla, brandy, apples and nuts. Spread into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for abut 40 minutes.

    This cake needs no icing and you don't have to use a mixer.
