- 3 cups Apples, Peeled And Chopped
- 3 cups Flour
- 3 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Cooking Oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Nuts (walnuts Or Pecans, Optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Peel and core the apples, chop them into small pieces. They don't have to be uniform or a certain size. You can have a bit more than or a bit less than 3 cups, it's flexible.

3Combine all the ingredients, except the apples and nuts, in a large bowl.

4Then add the apples, and nuts if you're using them, and stir to combine.

5Pres into to two loaf pans or one bundt pan.

6And bake for 1 and 1/2 hours.
