- 1 qt. sliced, pared Winesap apples
- 1 qt. 1/2-inch soft Cookbook bread cubes
- 1/4 c. melted Oakfarms butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Combine apples and bread cubes in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.

3Pour over apples in casserole.

4Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 40 minutes.

5Remove from oven; sprinkle with brown sugar and reheat a few moments, if desired.

6Top with Oakfarms cream.
