Apple Breakfast Fritters

  • 1 medium apples peeled, cored
  • 1 each eggs
  • 1 slice bread cut in pieces
  • 18 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Directions

    Grate apple and set aside.

    Combine all ingredients except apple, in blender.

    Blend until mixture is smooth.

    Fold in grated apple; mix well.

    Drop by tablespoons onto a hot non-stick skillet, or pour out 1 enormous fritter.

    Cook on both sides to a golden brown.
