- 2 large apples
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 large orange
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Prepare apple slices with apple peeler/corer/slicer.

3Cut slices in half.

4Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles.

5Cut each in half to make 16 triangle strips. Place 3 to 4 apples at the wide end of each strip and roll up. Arrange bundles in pan or clay baker.

6Zest one teaspoon orange rind; set aside.

7Juice orange; pour into pan or baker but not over bundles.

8Drizzle bundles with butter.

9Mix zest, sugar and cinnamon; spoon over bundles.

10Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

11Serve warm plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
