- 4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Use apple pulp left from preparing apple juice for jelly. Press through food mill.

2Measure pulp.

3Add sugar and spices; cook until the flavors are blended well, about 15 minutes.

4To prevent sticking, stir frequently as mixture thickens.

5(If too thick, add a small amount of water for desired consistency.) Makes 5 pints.
