  • 4 c. cooked apple pulp or sauce (measure after cooking)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Cook slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture is very thick and has a nice deep reddish color.
