  • 4 c. apple cider
  • 1/2 c. sugar for each cup fruit
  • 2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon

    Wash, stem and quarter apples.

    Place cider in kettle. Add apples and cook

    Put apples through strainer.

    Measure apples and for each cup, add 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well.
