- 16 c. thick apple pulp
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. vinegar
- 8 c. sugar
Directions

1Core, peel and slice apples.

2Add only enough water to cook apples until soft.

3Press through a sieve, then processor until smooth.

4Measure pulp.

5Combine all ingredients.

6Cook for about 1 1/2 hours.

7Stir frequently to prevent burning.

8Put into sterilized jars with 1/2 inch left at top.

9Put on cap: screw band tight.

10Process for 10 minutes in hot water bath.
