- 8 ounce. (4 c.) broad egg noodles
- 1 c. choplets, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute/fry choplets, onion, and garlic in butter till well browned.

2Stir in soup and water.

3Cook over low heat 45 min, stirring frequently.

4Add in lowfat sour cream and heat, being careful not to let lowfat sour cream separate.

5Cook noodles according to package directions.

6Drain.

7Serve over warm noodles.
