  • 10 c. applesauce
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 12 oz. cinnamon candy
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice

    Cook apples, sugar and vinegar for 30 minutes.

    Stir in candy while cooking.

    Remove from heat and stir in spices.

    Put in jars and seal.
