  • 4 whole Apples (peeled And Sliced)
  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cups Vegetable Or Canola Oil
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

    This recipe is very simple but very delish!

    Peel 4 apples (I usually use red delicious). Slice them up in any shape. I just take a paring knife and just cut off medium chunks of apples until I reach the core. Then put all ingredients including sliced apples in a bowl and mix until everything is incorporated. Put in an ungreased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

    You can eat this with or without an icing. We always ate it without icing growing up as it is sweet already, but I love powdered sugar icing with cinnamon recipes. So as an option here is the icing recipe: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract. Poke holes in the apple cake when done and pour this icing over the top of cake.
