- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. self-rising flour (Pillsbury)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 3 to 4 c. chopped apples (about 5 medium apples)
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add cooking oil and beat well.

3Add eggs, one at a time.

4Beat well after each addition.

5Add cinnamon and vanilla; mix well.

6Add flour and mix well again.

7Stir in chopped nuts and apples.

8Mix well.

9Batter will be very stiff and hard to mix.

10Spoon into a buttered and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

11Check with a toothpick for doneness.
