  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Put first 3 ingredients in bowl.

    Mix next 4 ingredients well and make hole in center.

    Put next 4 ingredients in hole and mix with wooden spoon.

    Alternate 1/3 batter and some apples until blended.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
