  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 4 c. peeled, diced apples

Directions

    Cream together well sugar and oleo; add eggs and beat until fluffy.

    Add next 6 ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well. Add nuts and apples.

    Mix well.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350°.
