  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. sliced apples

Directions

    Mix together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.

    Add nuts, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Mix well.

    Hand stir in the apples.

    Pour in 13 x 9-inch cake tin (greased and floured).

    Bake for 45 minutes at 325°.
