  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 small box yellow or white Jiffy cake mix

    Mix well the sugar and cinnamon.

    Mix sugar and cinnamon mixture in apples.

    Put in an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over apples.

    Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
